Each of the employees carries out their tasks for their smooth operations according to a set of guidelines that are recommended by the company in relation to several legal statutes applicable to their country From a personal observation , the most dangerous

job in McDonalds is that of the one who cooks the food . The heat that the process of cooking emits is something that places the employee at risk . For example , when the one responsible for cooking French fries or fried chicken is under pressure during the peak hours , there is a greater tendency for them to do things faster when they work and the possibility of accidents are higher . The threat of getting burned is always there and the likelihood of getting burned at times or two is inevitable . Likewise , the stress that the person may feel when subjected to that kind of heat is higher than those who are given room temperature
Adequacy of information
To a certain extent , these employees are informed of the risks that are included in their job when they are given the chance to examine their job . Their job includes their tasks and responsibilities where they would be able to see the things which they have to do
However , the more specific details of workplace hazards may not be included within the job due to several factors . It may be that the management is not aware of the risks and has not yet conducted assessments to find out about the risks , it will cost them more in financial terms if they would declare such , or they are afraid the compensation for the job would be higher since only a few people would want to take it Are the risks acceptable

The customers and the management would see this as acceptable since it produces happiness in terms of having their food s and getting the job done by someone . On the other hand , the employee would not see this acceptable since it does not produce happiness for him /her
