Donald H . Rumsfeld , and Attorney General Alberto Gonzales have committed violations and
subversions of the Constitution of the United States of America in an attempt to carry out
impunity crimes against peace , humanity and war crimes , deprivations of the civil rights
of the people of the United States and other nations , by assuming powers of an imperial
executive unaccountable to law and usurping powers of the Congress , the Judiciary and those
reserved to the people of the United States (See Appendix
It has become almost impossible to keep track of the President 's mistakes , blunders and
grave injustices . If you consider the acts he has committed and the damage he has done , this
would more likely be named a timeline of failure . I will dispel the first four years , as he was on
vacation during that time . The grassroots uprising that is occurring across the country to
impeach the President should have him worried . It doesn 't seem to , he doesn 't listen to members

the U .S . Senate are all running on the impeachment platform . Common reasons are cited or why
people want the President gone : The war in Iraq , which they say Bush lied to get us into
warrantless eavesdropping , authorized by the president the torturing of prisoners and the
president 's response to Hurricane Katrina . The President believes he is above the law , even
