Advocates of the theory of difference in human beings believes that their are two sexes as innate elements of the physical nature , while the stereotype and norms that influence gender-based-perceptions are social culturally determined . The physical orientation is known as sex while the social cultural elements are known as gender . Gender difference is criticized because it has a negative effect on women (they are seen as of lesser social significance , weaker and not powerful in comparison with what men present . Women are supposed to portray qualities different from those of their counterparts

the issue to be criticized is the invisibility of the specific features portrait in public , women lack of representation in all areas of significance , the institutional structures and mechanisms in which perpetuate such suppression . Though there exist innate and gender difference between the sexes , they there are evidence of having bonding between them
