When a certain country has a low rate of economic growth it also means that it has higher chances of unemployment . If the unemployment goes too low inflation goes up , because low employment drives wages upwards , and prices follows . Being unemployed , also create an emotional problem such as mental stress , clinical depression , social dysfunction etc . Education is also a big factor when it comes to unemployment . People who has a good education are more capable on getting a job . We all know that a lot of companies rely on a person 's education background , it shows there if the person is capable of doing the job . Having no education at all will give a hard time for a person to look for a job . There will be a lot of competition . He /She will be competing with someone who has a bachelor degree . The basis on the person who has no education at all will be his /her ability to learn fast , cope easily with the new environment and being street-smart . In terms of money , the worker feels that he /she has no capability to earn money if he /she has no work because most people rely on their income to maintain their standard of living that 's why loss of job will be a threat to them . We all know that money is essential for all of us . It is one of the reason why we still exist here on earth . Money and work is the primary needs of an individual in to live . As well as in the government , if there 's a higher rate of unemployment their will be no taxes on the government , their projects and proposal will not be materialized due to lack of fund .
