Communicative competence refers to the proficiency of how one can communicate or interact efficiently and effectively with others while communicative language teaching or CLT refers to the teaching of second and foreign languages that emphasizes interaction as both the means and the ultimate goal of learning a language

CLT aims to teach students to : 1 ) learn to use language as a means of expression , 2 ) use language as a means of expressing values and judgments , and 3 ) express the functions that best meet their own communication ends

Activity one can be

described as communicative because the characters were able to use language effectively especially in asking and answering questions . The activity is also based on a realistic setting which is commonly encountered in our interaction with other people in the society

In the activity , the learners were engaged in social interaction activities like conversation , dialogue , and role play . They presented the dialogue through a role play which showed a conversation between two individuals . The learners acted out their parts and gave appropriate responses to questions and answers

If I were to put up a restaurant , it will be located in the heart of the city where it is more accessible and visible to the people . My target customers will include the young generation namely the teenagers or young adults in the society since they are the ones who like to party and unwind by listening to the latest radio hits and dancing to the hottest dance music

Then instead of using chairs or stools , I will provide couches and round tables to give more space and provide more comfort to my customers . I will also have a bar counter in a corner where they can drinks like beer , juices , sodas , or wine

Furthermore , I will also have a huge dance floor and a stage complete with disco lights . And to attract more customers , I will hire a band to perform live twice a week . A deejay will also be assigned to play music every night

With regard to the menu I will include fries , burgers , sandwiches , and steaks which will be sold at affordable prices

Finally , my restaurant will open from 3 :00 in the afternoon to 2 :00 in the morning
