Today we are more aware of this global problem then some 20 years ago when

this virus was just in its developing phase and did not affect that big amount of people . Nowadays some ways of HIV prevention were found and seems that it becomes possible to prevent its progression . But as to me , we will be able to assess appropriately the outcomes of HIV /AIDS only with the flow of time as its impact could be evaluated not only in numbers of died or infected people , but also by its economic influence . This virus has in different countries various economic pressure , force and consequences , and of course , economic ability of particular country is playing the key role as well . In this essay I am going to explain how economic conditions might put particular groups of people at risk and whether those HIV /AIDS programs should be based more on the economic or cultural aspects of the this problem
Examples used in the essay are taken worldwide so that statements or particular thoughts could be clearly understood . Though , when using specific examples , we are to take into consideration that each group of countries (such as African , Asian countries , former Soviet Republics and etc ) has specification within the group limits and therefore I am going to talk only about common criteria . The numbers and rates used as examples are numbers from official sources and therefore represent only numbers or percentages of registered victims of HIV /AIDS . That is why in my opinion , real numbers of any category of people or examples might considerably vary
Any disease in a modern world (either it is ordinary cold or pneumonia allergy or cerebral spastic infantile paralysis ) demands appropriate sum of money in order to eliminate it . This sum of money could be obtained either from the salary , agricultural entity or private business , or in case of incapacity - in the form of governmental donations and /or other social help . In order to conduct effective social program and assure stable economic environment , each state has to have strong economy and be involved in global processes or be the member of certain transnational economic structures . The linking thread in those three levels - local , national and global - are financial actives and healthy economic conditions . When thinking of individual in terms of those three levels - he /she needs to have some capital or in other words - money (in order to be educated and to perform independently . That is why , HIV /AIDS programs can not be conducted effectively without healthy and functioning...
