The need for training is universal . If change is the only constant in the world we live in , learning the importance of adopting to such change and making people that work for our company adopt to the change within is the primary responsibility of the organization

It has been an observation in the company that the new employees are finding it difficult to cope up with the work speed in the organization The company is offering a comprehensive induction program , but no induction

is complete without an induction program , which would highlight the following issues

Company 's mission , vision an value statements and how to integrate the ideas of the employee with the ideology of the organization

Discussion with senior workforce to clarify any queries in the minds of young employees that would create group cohesiveness . A key note address by a leader in the organization would help build loyalty towards the organization

Corporate culture , corporate strategy , work processes , work contents and responsibilities

Ideally , a training or HR manager of the organization who understands the values of the organization quite deeply should conduct such a training program . A keynote speaker could be the CEO , a Director Functional Manager or someone who commands respect within the organization and someone whom everyone else does admire
