They are focusing on the relationship between the leader and God and His authority . In the letter of James , he requires the leaders to be a doer of the word of God , faithful , full of wisdom from heaven , submissive to God , humble , and

those who perseveres to be mature and complete . Peter also wants a submissive , living in good lives , holy , self-controlled and obedient leaders . And so Jude also wants leaders to be faithful , prayerful in the Holy Spirit , merciful and those who keep themselves in God 's love
James (1 :20-21 ) requires the leaders to listen quickly to the word of God which can save you and do the things that bring about the righteous life that God desires . Just as Peter wants you to be holy for God is holy and live in good lives among the pagans so that they may see your good deeds and glorify God when the day comes . And also Jude wants you to persevere - to snatch out others from the fire and save them
In the same way , the author of the letter to the Hebrews wants you to persevere and make every effort to live in peace to all men to be holy He also requires men who are able to deal gently with those who are ignorant and are going astray to become leaders . In contrast to the letter of James , Jude and Peter , the letter to the Hebrews gave more emphasis on the relationship between the leaders and the unbelievers on how they win other souls . Whereas , the letter of James , Jude and Peter gave more emphasis on the relationship between the leader and God and His authority . They understand that a leader must have strong relation to God first and good leadership will follow...
