About a few months ago , I was on my way to a friend s apartment when someone suddenly and abruptly snatched my pouch bag . Shocked and surprised , I still managed to run after the snatcher because my cell phone , wallet , and other school documents were inside my pouch bag . While in the act of chasing the snatcher , I saw that he mixed with the crowd . What I can recall is that the snatcher was wearing white shirt and jeans he was medium built and about 5 -8 in height . Desperate and worried , I suddenly grabbed a man who was also wearing white shirt and jeans . The man was also medium built and as tall as the man who snatched my bag . I remember that there was already a commotion because I was frantically pointing at the man as the one who seized my bag . Then suddenly a policeman came and asked me if I was willing to a complaint against the man at a nearby police headquarter . I immediately agreed and we proceeded to the police station . On our way there , the man kept on saying that he was innocent and that he never engaged in any unlawful act in his entire life . I ignored his pleas and insisted on filing charges against him .
