It is 7 :30 A .M . and you are on the way to a very important meeting with your boss together with a group of Japanese offshore clients . Suddenly , you are stuck in a traffic jam . You feel helpless as the traffic slaws to a crawl . Then bingo ! In a minute it speeds up again , you hear your cell phone ringing , your boss calling Would you or would you not pick up the phone
