A heroic tale is that which joins the essential of heroic deeds and supernatural powers with the popular troubles . In the tale of Beowulf the author has painted a classic but superb tale in which he tells one of the most heroic archives of the Middle Ages . The story of Beowulf involves men who have extraordinary powers , men searching for glory against terrifying monsters and defeats which are very deadly

This old story brings a rather fresh constituent into the fold : the connection

among the personal choices and a traditional religious force The idea of fate and destiny link up in this work with the thought of free will . During the story , the characters resist appreciating what or who is the main steering force for the events and actions . The suggestion Let whoever can / win glory before death " praise the thought that people who are victors tend to live a plentiful life and always do sustain the maximum standard in the entire society . When Beowulf fights against the vicious dragon and the dying expressions reveal the thought that destiny , fate and a man directed by God to die , the glory and fame obtained due to it decide that how a man is going to remembered and privileged through out his life

The chance given to the famed warrior is the effect of the influential family which he belongs to . Therefore destiny plays a visionary part in determining the future of Beowulf
