A young lady named Hyewon Lee joined our team in January 2006 , and has been a boon to us from the start . As our work required a lot of creativity and passion , it is our priority to hire only the best to work within our company . One such requirement would be getting things done : on each of these points , Hyewon Lee has been supernumerary

Early in her employment with us , Hyewon Lee was struggling to cope

with the tasks . In less than three months , her performance in our company was very outstanding . It was so exemplarily that she was promoted from her position with the Marketing Research Interns to the higher rank (and more reasonability ) of Marketing Research Analysts

As our company is working with finding the right target market and fulfilling the needs within the industry , we discovered that Ms . Lee spent most of her evening hours writing books and finding the solution to the obesity in this country . One such passion is a rare gem to find especially after the very demanding work hours within our company , of which Ms . Lee would always work more than expected of her

Upon her graduation in June 2006 , she asked our permission to pursue her career in the dental hospital in South Korea . Since it was such a loss for us to let her go , we decided to still allow her to hold the position by working through telecommunication . Even with distance , her performance was always outstanding . Many times , we discovered working at 2 PM our time (4 AM her time ) to meet the intense pursued

As demanding as it could be within our fast-pace organization , Ms . Lee is always new book ( The Kimchi Diet , as well as working in the dental hospital in South Korea , thus her time is split between two jobs and her own work and she still accomplishes all of these tasks . We have asked her that if she is ready to pursue further promotion in our company , we may give her a director position right away

With her passion and outstanding performance , we anticipate that Ms . Lee will not only achieve a great thing in the health care industry , but we see that Ms . Lee would be a great asset to this society . When she asked our recommendation , we have no reason to refuse , as we know that regardless to what she does , her undivided focus will get her where she wants in the work market place and in her writing endeavors

It is our wish and hope that she can continue her study in your graduate program , especially when it is related to the health care industry .
