The power of the arts for learning can work in all elementary schools .
This article talks about the importance of visual arts for the school
going children . The objective of this article is to focus on the
importance for children and to convince their parents and teachers to
give children knowledge about arts and should consider it as a core
subject in their elementary education . The article includes probable
reasons that why should children learn visual arts and its application
in the real world .
Importance of Arts :
Just like the importance of every subject , arts also help human in
better understanding the world around them . The arts enhance the
person 's reasoning skills , improve their decision-making power , bring
creativity into its thinking and helps them solve problems more
efficiently . The recent studies have revealed that the people those who
are goods in arts , are more intelligent than those who are good in other
sciences . Arts includes sketching , painting and drawing , but it is not
only restricted to these aspects only . Today , the visual art has
developed a lot , and it includes music , dance , sculpturing , designing
etc . Even though , people understand the importance of arts , but they
don 't promote it . Our schools and educational institute do not consider
arts as an important course , and don 't encourage their children to take
arts as a major course .
