Introduction

Welfare state is an expression first applied in the English language in 1941 . For far too long Great Britain has been described , sometimes even critically , as a "welfare state , however in 1960 the term began to be applied to define a developed industrialist society where country 's authority was intentionally used with the purpose to change the market activity

Speaking about the development of welfare state in Canada it is significant to notice that Canada did not create it as such it was just taken
