Personal Experience on Organizational Management

`The aspect of organizational operation is indeed embedded with numerous complex tasks and responsibilities that must be duly addressed and achieved by the whole group for the success of their opeation characterize by the acquisition of their goals . As organizations are also known to be founded with many and individually diverse persons human factor also add up to the organization management factor manifesting as either own of their strength of their weakness . Thus , the general aspect of organizational management is indeed complicated in its very nature

p Though the nature of organization is known to be basically complex and perplexing posting many hindrances and pitfalls to the pursuit of one 's goals , binding together the abilities and resource of different individuals into one effort is still much better than having small individual effort . This is mainly the reason why groups of individuals pool down together their resources , capabilities , skills with other people who have the same goals forming in them one organization

To better realize the positive nature of group effort , the concept of organizational management must be implemeneted within the group making a certain system of leadership to delegate the tasks , responsibilities resources and abilities of the members of the group towards their one similar goal . Indeed , leadership is one important element of organizational management . In terms of leadership , several key elements comes into high importance for the effective fucntion of the organizational management namely the concept of individual and group motivation , critical decision making , team management . All of these elements , play an important part to the whole system of the organization management focused on the leadership aspect of the team

In this aspect that this author aslo had a personal expereience exploring the importance of good leadership to the aspet of organizational management . This experience primarily happened as part of a classroom activity where this author and his group composed of students have to accomplish a complicated activity with several tasks needed for the completion of the group 's activity . In this activity , one of the primary requirement is to establish a good team organization with each group with them establsihing their own system focused on teamwork and leadership

In this particular experience , this author has the privilege of being elected as the leader of the group and through this activity . He has able to gain a personal perspective and learned lesson regarding the importance of a good leadership management to the group 's success . As the leader , he is responsible for certain group aspects such as promoting unity and teamwork between the member , provide them with their needed motivation , and organize the responsibilities and tasks of the group and delegate them to each member for the efficiency of their activity
