Career in nursing , just like any other career , requires much effort and precision . An individual is obliged to follow through the programs with consistency , input and enthusiasm . Motivation stands as number one criterion for successful pursuit and completion of school of nursing in particular . Nursing career is about care and ability to be patient . It is about understanding and support . And these are only few criteria for achieving success in this area

I am motivated for a career in nursing because firstly , I would like to

give as much of my support and help to others . Since a rather young age , I decided to pursue the goal of helping people . Later on in life I realized that nursing school is the way to start putting my aspirations into realistic objectives . Motivation for a nursing career , in fact , was not a one-day desire - I know that I can be a successful professional who implements the highest standards of moral and kindness in the work every day with maximum commitment . I have a strong motivation for learning within my career , as I believe that nursing has a lot to do with relationships between people and that aspect is forever changing - we have to be motivated to learn the complicated structure of patient 's emotions and needs

My long-term nursing goals will sure be enhanced by this program , as I truly aspire to achieve high professionalism in nursing . And that is a long way to go . Therefore , programs like this help tremendously to orient future nurses towards the steps that are needed to be taken in order to truly be professional

Short-term objective is to comprehend as much as I can the fundamentals of nursing business . The program surely suits my short-term goals , as it will help me comprehend fully what nursing career is made of
