It is a difficult task to unite the different personalities in a company . Some would have misunderstandings and confusions because of clashing ideas and soon may result to conflict intra-organization . In the case , the executives primarily Ken Lay and Jeffrey Skilling were accused and proven guilty of fabricating fraud financial records and reports not only towards the constituents of the company but also to the investors .
