Is motivation really an important issue? What is the most common and preferential way to motivate the worker?
Name University Course Tutor Date ABSTRACT My proposed project will be to study the factors affecting workers in business environment . There are number of factors I would like to find out . Most workers in companies have not been taken seriously in terms of motivation especially where the company policy and management emphasizes on work to be done . This is also common in public sector where little research has been done to understand the job satisfaction levels and how it can be improved My research question I would

like to address are what are main the factors affecting job satisfaction of workers in private sector and what can be done to motivate them . The known factors are classified as intrinsic factors and extrinsic factors . These will be analyzed on the research in question and see how each is affecting work and business performance
These questions will be answered by doing a preliminary qualitative analysis to ascertain factors affecting workers in industries by sampling of some of the industries and business enterprises . This will be followed by quantitative and qualitative analysis of the companies within the locality . The data collected will be able to give the reasons of job satisfaction and dissatisfaction in which recommendations for improvement will be based
The approach will be based on the triangular system interconnecting between staff motivating factors , human resource management tools and community feedback . This interrelationship will be a guide to make inferences
