In the society , class , gender and race are all important and dominate the society to some extent . However , class seems to be the most dominant and the primary dividing line in the society . In the society individuals from different classes have different responsibilities Those from lower social classes do more work than those of higher classes . The effects of class can be observed from the ancient days

where we use to have the kingdom and the villages . The kingdom was composed of king , queen and other individuals of higher social class while the villages were composed of peasants and other laborers who can be classified in the lower class . The king was the owner of all land and therefore collected taxes from the villages . He never worked but had laborers to do his work , was only there to supervise and give s around . The peasants and the laborers had to work in to pay taxes and at the same time make a living

In the modern society , class still dominates and people are divided in accordance with their class status . There is the exploiting class and the working class .
