University With the events of the September 11 terror attacks in the United States the London bombings in 2005 and the subsequent attempt on the Glasgow airport , Western governments have become extra vigilant , beefing up security on possible terrorism targets . Legislations have been enacted to seal any likely loopholes that can be taken advantage of by the terrorists .
