`Problems ' are something very notorious they either leave late or cling on forever .The major issue is how should they be combated and wiped out so as to meet the desired results which are badly held back due to them . Problems , be it in any forms pose a possible threat to the company and might cripple it completely .The question is however , how effectively we should combat it so as to meet the desired results .
