Executive Summary

Mongoose Designs already offer specially-made items and currently would like to develop their product lines and offer do-it-yourself (D .I .Y items . Their current location can be modernized to add the space required for this service . Mongoose Designs would also like to build a novel facility with a larger work area for the D .I .Y . items development and furnace in the back area . To achieve these objectives , territory needs to

be found and purchased for the novel facility . Bank financing is needed for the building of this novel facility but not required for the renewal at their current location . Mongoose Designs would also like to start delivering their own goods locally . Mongoose Designs already own 2 cargo vans for this purpose . Though , a full-time driver will need to be hired for each facility . By incorporating the above mentioned services and products , Mongoose Designs can increase their revenue customer base , and create a new image for themselves

Marketing Objectives

Mongoose Designs want to reach another target market by adding their hand-made objects to their product line . Their image now is crafted for their custom-made products and their name is synonymous with quality and status . This will help sell their new line to different customers . The market Mongoose Designs will be trying to reach will be of lower income than that of their custom-made projects . Mongoose Designs will also only be marketing to local customers for their D .I .Y . items . All of these efforts are done in an attempt to increase their annual revenue by 15

The items Mongoose Designs will sell in their D .I .Y . product line will be made from clay . Mongoose Designs will purchase these unfinished items and resale them for decoration within their facility . Some examples are bowls of various sizes , vases , mugs , pitchers , and plates . Mongoose Designs will also carry many types of decoration for these items Paints , stained glass pieces , porcelain tiles , beads , and other items will be available . Kiln-firing will be done at an additional cost . These new services will benefit customers who want custom-made products

Projected Outcomes

Mongoose Designs plans to use existing funds to handle the cost of renovating their downtown location . By doing this , Mongoose Designs should profit monthly above expenses enough to pay for costs in just a few months . Their new building should open after their downtown location is finished by several months . This will help ensure success for both locations . Financing is needed for this endeavor , so it will take longer to absorb all expenses . Their projections indicate that the new facility would pay for itself in only a few years
