The situation I would discuss here involves a team that has been experiencing conflicts as a result of handling diversity issues . The situation is a common one where a group consists of people from different backgrounds and cultures . The problem here is that all these people have different views and ideas and are not willing to accept ideas from other members of the group due to different attitudes and behaviors . This is affecting the productivity of the group and their results . Each member of the

group disagrees from the other on some point or another and the environment for working has become stressful . The team is working on a term report which studies the working environment or best practices in the manufacturing industry . The team consists of people from Asia , United States of America , United Kingdom and Australia . Each one has different perspective of some or most of the way businesses are run in their country . The team consists of 4 members each from different ethnic and cultural background with a different history and values . The idea here is to bring diversity into use and obtain better and more useful results but understanding each other is not as easy as it is said
