The team consists of people from Asia , United States of America , United Kingdom and Australia . Each one has different perspective of some or most of the way businesses are run in their country . The team consists of 4 members each from different ethnic and cultural background with a different history and values . The idea here is to bring diversity into use and obtain better and more useful results but understanding each other is not as easy as it is said
