employees faced was when the product focus of the organization has been changed . At first , the product offered by the organization for public consumption was more quality that quantity focused . However , with the expansion of the branches of the organization for the sake of global market influence , the focus of the process has been changed

The management along with the production and marketing team of the business then faced the challenge of increasing the number of production and in some ways compromising the quality of the product that they released to the market . It was indeed a hard decision to make . Balancing the values of the organization with regards product quality with that of the target quantity rate that is aimed to be presented to the market seems to have over ruled the principles of the organization . However the teams of operational functions of the organization did not give up as easily , instead , they decided to communicate their plans with each other in aim of retaining the product quality with that of the number of products that are to be released to the market through increasing the number of labor force involved in the process . Increasing the capability of the production efficiency to handle the challenge has also become one of the most important keys to the organization 's success of plans

The four-phase model of management has helped well on the process of decision-making . Through measuring the advantages and the disadvantages that the new approach to production would bring to the organization , the changes had been implemented effectively to the highest rate of benefit for the entire business . The undoubted effort of everyone to provide the necessary values of the organization and addressing all the necessary needs that the organization requires of the changes became the best part of the solution approach that the business organization 's administration applied within the process

Participating in the global business network is indeed complex yet highly beneficial for an entrepreneur . Engaging and widening of the business operation towards the global market both posts several beneficial consequences such as higher chances for profit generation due to greater number of possible consumers , more viable options for cheaper resources , and others .
