The four-phase model of management has helped well on the process of decision-making . Through measuring the advantages and the disadvantages that the new approach to production would bring to the organization , the changes had been implemented effectively to the highest rate of benefit for the entire business . The undoubted effort of everyone to provide the necessary values of the organization and addressing all the necessary needs that the organization requires of the changes became the best part of the solution approach that the business organization 's administration applied within the process
