As soon as a team is formed , team mission should be communicated to all the members to provide them with a clear direction . A leader must make sure that team members are committed to the team mission which will be in line with the organizational goals and values . This will result in group cohesion . Team members should be well- trained and should have an appropriate level of technical and soft skills . A leader should create an environment where there is maximum contribution from the team members

Team work requires all members to express themselves without any hesitation . Members should not flounder saying what they think and sharing any idea that comes up in their mind .
