Our Dearest Neighbors

We , at the Noisy School , are writing with our deepest apologies for the disturbances we have caused you and your family

We have received and acknowledged the several complaints we have received our office recently with regard to the noise that

our past school events have caused . We have gone through it and is now in the process of deliberating and formulating school policies and other measures as to how this could be settled within our community

We are flowing through the same river and we share your opinions with regard to the noise . We owe you much apology and would like to explain as we see it as necessary . First , social events are done here in the school occasionally . By occasionally , we mean that it is done only to celebrate times that are worth rejoicing for such as year-end parties after-exams celebrations , internship selection , and the like . We would like to share these important events in the lives of the students . We have gone through the same and know how it felt to get a good grade in that difficult exam we had . These events also aim to provide the students the chance to ease the tensions they feel inside the school Second , social gatherings contribute to the development of the students We would like them to be well-rounded individuals to prepare them for the bigger world outside and this would entail enhancing their social skills . They have to learn how to interact with other people . This also provides an avenue where they are able to express themselves in other ways . It gives them a feeling of belongingness and stability in their relationships with their friends and with the administration

We do not mean to bring you any hurt with our humble goals for the children . All of us wanted the best for these students . We consider them the hope of this country and they are at the stage where they need all the support they could have . We also invite you to participate and join the activities we have for the students for you are very welcome here in our school

Your feedback is highly appreciated and be assured that certain measures will be undertaken in the next social gathering we have at the school . We encourage you to attend the meeting we will hold to formulate policies with regard to the social gatherings
