Dear Sir /Madam

I am writing to appeal the results on Part 1 of the CMA Exams that I took . I worked hard for this examination and considering that my score is near the passing , I am appealing that my grade be considered a passing grade

The moment I knew of the results of the exam , I was very disappointed . I scored a mark of 340 out of 500 when the passing was 360 out of 500 While this is the second time that I have failed the exam

, I did not appeal the first time around because I know in myself then that I did not do my best . This time around , I did my best . I made sure that I was very well prepared before taking on the exam as I mastered all theories and I made sure that I know how to apply them in actual practice . I went through all materials and questions twice . I have a full time job and a lot of other responsibilities but nonetheless , I still devoted more than enough time to prepare for this exam . It just saddens me that my efforts were not enough

I hope that you would consider my appeal as this is the last exam that I need to pass before I become a Certified Management Accountant
