The Legalization of the Sale of Organs

There is a common notion that the organ donation with compensation commonly known as the sale of ones organ , should not be tolerated as for the fact that donation of an organ is only admissible if it is based on the act of altruism . This argues that organ donation with compensation should be legalized for the sole basis that donation should

not be limited to acts of altruism but to the principles of human efforts to act upon capitalism and survival . There are three arguments presented in this case which argues (1 ) human survival is being compromised despite the fact that there is an existing means to medically appease the illnesses there is in mankind (2 ) the black market should indeed be closed but providing a safer environment for donors and recipients should be practiced in replacement of the existing inconvenient market there is , and (3 ) organ donation which is compensated should not be limited to the transfer of an organ from one healthy donor to an ill recipient , there should also be an available option where donors are given a chance to donate their organs and be compensated after their death . These arguments bring about several facets of how compensated organ donation can be viewed permissible in the society
