LEADERSHIP Leadership Plan from Servant Leadership to Transformational Leadership Leadership is an act which entails leading , influencing , commanding and guiding people . It involves getting things done through the people being led . No matter the type of leadership , responsibilities are always entrusted on the leaders . Leaders must be able to focus on people they are leading , do things right , be a source of inspiration for the followers , influence and motivate them , and also help build the leaders in them Leaders basically deals with two major things the group they are

leading and the job they are meant to do . Ability to focus on people and get things done depend largely on the skills of the leader to get things done and appreciate the group as a whole . Leaders defer with situation and no two leaders can ever be the same . This is because they will be influence by the group they lead , the task meant to be done and the situation . Servant leadership was coined by Robert K . Greenleaf . He believed that servant leadership starts from inward feeling that make us wish to serve .
