Similarly , when we speak of ethics in leadership , the effect that a leader has on his sub-ordinates helps them differentiate between the right and wrong , that is it helps them mould their conduct in the same way as their leader

Hence it is important that leaders should know what they value and they should also recognize the importance of ethical behavior
