There are many different types of leadership styles . They can be practiced in different circumstances and every leadership style has a separate persona . The Dilemma

p The VP of National Computer Corporation has been leaning about the problems that have been occurring in the organization . The manufacturing has become faulty and order needs are not being met . For that he had some sessions with George Peterson and the VP realized that there had been some ensuing problem with the manufacturing department because of George Peterson . Earlier the employee was very mush committed to his work and he was motivated to out perform the previous supervisor , but later it came to be known that Mr . Peterson was not adept at the work and he needed training to get the understanding of the work
