Introduction

The report is of the charity fund raising project held in Camden pub /bar Monarch on 28 April by our group . The group wanted to raise money to give to the needy . The process of organizing and holding the event was meant to teach us some lessons on leadership and also help us to improve our skills of leadership

The report will be in two parts the first part will be based on experiential action learning experience leading into a tangible `project outcome ' in the form of tangible services . It will

look at the journey towards the actual event exploring group dynamics , management styles methods and theories , used on the way . The second part will be the self-reflection , this part will highlight skill development processes within each of the 4 domains that is affective , behavioral , cognitive co native . The self-reflection will be critical reviews on how learning might have occurred during the process of `undergoing ' and demonstrates which transformation processes have been achieved

Process of evaluation

The first step in organizing the charity fundraising was to agree within the groups which charity we would donate the money we raised to . After a brainstorming session which was facilitated by . we all agreed that the money we raised would go to name of the charity .
