For this reason my last short term goal is to lose at least one pound each week , without getting discouraged if I do not lose more . I do hope to lose a little more , but want to feel successful in my short term goals , therefore will not set them higher than a minimum of one pound per week

The problem was that the weight did not automatically go away after the children were born .
