In some countries the information that comes from the internet are controlled and censored by the government agencies , information such as the web sites , discussions or forum regarding s like the economic or the religious issues are controlled by the government with regards to the content or messages it transmitted . One country in particular that uses internet filtering is China , the culture of China is that the people are very obedient with regards to their government and their authorities , this kind of act could be traced back from their history . China uses internet filtering to stop gaining access to immoral materials such as pornography , political gossips and fake religious groups , this way it help the government of China to lessen illegal transactions and indecent statements for the government it is a way of controlling rallies and corruption of the mind of the youth from the immoral messages the internet has if not censored by the government Before a person could gain access to internet sites or materials it will undergo government surveillance regarding the most visited sites , it will undergo this process for sixty days from which the government will see the messages it transmit to the people and if contains disturbing messages it will be not allowed to be viewed by the internet users .
