Aims and Objectives

This aim is achieved through identifying and evaluating the following objectives

The literature review on

a ) The development of the concept of sustainable green building construction

b ) Abu Dhabis environmental and sustainable development policy

c ) The policy of sustainable building on North America , Europe and others (case studies

d ) Abu Dhabi current buildings construction policy and practices

Research Methdodology

There are two forms of study approaches and techniques that were considered in this dissertation , both of which have their own normal and standard approaches

and techniques to follow . The qualitative study gives emphasis on the dissertation in which the data that is collated and gathered is done so in a descriptive approaches and techniques (Creswell , 1994 . This means that the data that are to be collated and gathered from the source are in descriptive form and thus may differ based on the source or the participants , specifically athletes . The author ' analysis of such data may then possibly be subjective , thus causing dilemmas in the formulation of the conclusion , yet this is advantageous particulary in studyingvarious features of a definite point where there are emphasis on the explanation of the sources and even the author

The second approaches and techniques is the quantitative study process that utilises and considers statistical means for measuring the data collated and gathered these usually involve participants , specifically athletess or reports from sources (Creswell . 1994 .
