This can only be achieved when there is good cooperation from the employees and they show high levels of motivation . However , the employees can develop behaviors that make it hard for the organization to achieve its objectives . It is the role of the Human Resource department to influence such behaviors and ensure that the employees behave as

According to Gennard Judge (2005 , one of the modes of influencing employee behavior would be by establishing a good channel of management which will set a tone for the organization members to achieve the right form of behavior . With a good form of management in the organization there will be the aspect of leadership where the heads of the departments serve as role models by participating in the activities of the organization . This helps to increase the level of motivation of the workers who will feel that the management is supportive enough
