XXYY Corporation thrives by taking over smaller business this is part of its strategy to expand itself . After doing so it uses its human capital to develop the newly acquired

small business . Human capital is a very crucial element in the success of any business it inculcates the knowledge , ability , skills , etc that an employee needs to perform his job effectively and efficiently . No company can prosper if they don 't pay attention to their human capital development . So the new HR manager must realize this and conform to these views

Additionally , he should work in a way that he evaluates the performance of the employees according to the contributions they have made . For this purpose a 360 degree method of appraisal should be made use of which basically deals with gathering feedback from supervisor , team leaders , coworkers , and customers and their responses are used to judge the employees . This manner of appraisal will increase the accuracy , as a lot of opinions will aid in providing a fair and realistic view .
