WORLD MIGRATION AND GLOBALIZATION

Post World War II , the global economy exploded with economic progress for many countries . Industry began to transform the way countries made their money and the impact it had on other countries , yet not all countries were able to advance from destitution to affluence , thus causing dissatisfied people to migrate to the affluent countries for a better way of life . The booming global economy in turn has created interdependence among previously interdependent countries and created an intense need for international law

European migration has been observed as

a migration of manpower Workers from less developed countries are migrating to enjoy the benefits of another country 's flourishing economy and the emigration in the prosperous country slows down . The migrants are enticed by the new demand for labor that does not exist in the country they currently reside in . One example of a population migrating is the number if Turkish people living in Germany . In the early 1960s , Germany had large economic opportunities , 500 ,000 job vacancies and only 180 ,000 job seekers . As a result , Germany was d that the Turks were migrating to the country in to bolster their economy .
