Globalization can be briefly defined as , the intensification of economic , political , social , and cultural relations across bs (Holm Sorensen , 1995 :4 . According to Yeung (2002 from an economic perspective the term globalization is defined as the rapid proliferation of cross-b production , trade , and investment activities spearheaded by global corporations and international financial institutions that facilitate the emergence of an increasingly integrated and interdependent global economy . Thus , globalization is a transformation of the world to become accustomed to the changes of time and the pattern of the world

Heavy investment in work force developing is carried out by these corporations . With the well financial backup for these corporations , they are able to conduct researches leading to development . Many social responsibilities in localities these corporations operate goes along to contribute in community development
