An individual cannot charge magnetic field or radiation because it 's more global and complex concept , that requires more than a simple demonstration through graphics or sound . It 's basically about mathematical interpretation and bonds with other phenomena that are primary based

on abstract concepts than on clear visual images . For example we cannot discuss calculus or sets theory because it exists out of our mind and out of our perception of it . Their appearance is just the reflection of scientific progress that on the certain stage of the development introduced these new mathematical tools for calculations research and analysis . The development of these theories that were developed by such genius as Newton , Leibniz and Eiler just witness the logical and development of science and the way it corresponds to the needs of modern world

Both science and art carry informative and educative functions , but those functions still are different . Art 's function is to satisfy the esthetic needs of an individual by creating works that will bring joy happiness , and spiritual enrichment of a person , while science carries and explains an objective information about the surrounding world and formulates the laws of harmonic and logical development of objective reality . Understandably these two concepts are the essential parts of human culture that cannot exist without both of them . Culture gave the birth to these concepts and they direct its further development
