America has always been considered as a giant in every walk of life . No matter what are you talking about , it has a start and that is America America has provided different cultures of new things and a thick line of progress for the entire world . times when they were part of crisis and that caused millions with all the resources getting out of the way . These events also caused downsizing in various parts of America leaving behind a long line of unemployment . These happen to all countries of the world and America no matter how much it has has to suffer this tragedy . During the recent past , long after the Great Depression , USA has been stable country with stable economy where the employees are pretty satisfied with their work and the salaries plus benefits they get . It has been seen around in around 1990s when the downsizing in America saw a continuous run in most of the companies Later , this downsizing became a trend in most parts and this act happened without any inevitability
