Current Challenges among Educators

With the current trends in today 's education , many challenges face an educator in facilitating and creating an active environment for the classroom . This increasing responsibility has left many issues unattended which greatly affects the output exhibited by students . In turn , the responsibility is left on the educator to effectively and efficiently address these concerns to foster better outcomes that is necessary for student enhancement and development in the classroom

Looking at the responses of an educator , there are indeed several challenges and hurdles mentioned during the interview . The first facet revolves around work satisfaction . According to the teacher interviewed (Mrs . Clark , the concept of work satisfaction is relative in nature in a sense that various educators have their own factors to consider in such realm . For her , the monetary considerations involved in teaching are only secondary to the amount of service they give to students . Mrs Clark mentions that one determinant of work satisfaction for me is seeing my students get most out of the lesson and the information I give them . The satisfaction of seeing students acquire knowledge and information has been her primary objective

During the course of the interview , Mrs . Clark elaborated one of her personal challenges as an educator . One important factor according to her is the relative difficulty facilitating education in a diverse classroom . She mentioned that the increasing diversity in the classroom has given me the troubles of creating lessons that will maximize a student 's capability to exhaust information ' Another impediment that Mrs . Clark mentioned is the ways she can motivate students to participate in the classroom . She said that I feel that I lack the necessary skills to create motivation among students , that is why most of the time I see students fail in my subject and I can 't do anything about it

Seeing this , Mrs . Clark then pointed out her needs as a teacher and suggested on how the school can facilitate such efforts . According to Mrs . Clark as an educator , we must not be stagnant ' She mentioned the need to continuously strive for personal learning and development . Mrs Clark pointed out the need for constant training and evaluation for teachers that will aim to seek areas that need to be scrapped , created and improved . Doing these can eventually increase the skills of educators which in turn contribute to better facilitation and teaching

On the other hand , relative to these challenges , Mrs . Clark also pointed out the successes she had in the classroom . She indicated that though there had been tough challenges present in the classroom , I feel appreciated when I see the high grades of several students ' Seeing such response , Mrs . Clark notion of success is determined by the way her student 's fared in the classroom .
