Summary

Education has been the traditional medium of teaching . With changes in times and the technology available people are moving with the times to accommodate technology to improve their teaching techniques and methodologies . One of the most popular techniques of late is the mapping pedagogies to design Web based training tools

Management and administrators in education now need to meet the challenge of applying resources and using activities productively to meet the demands of the growing population . Web - based courses are very convenient and do not require the teacher and the student to be present at the same place . Even with continents apart a student can receive the best education with the teacher far away

To meet all the growing demands a plan and strategy needs to be put into place . The framework needs to define and reflect all the practices that embody good teaching practices

Web based learning is not only restricted to educational institutes but it also constitutes a large portion of communicative practices and knowledge transfer systems that are used in government , business and military establishments . This will therefore have to use new and innovative techniques so that an individual can move away from the traditional classroom teaching techniques to a some what fresh idea of Anywhere Any Time Education

For the system to be the best it will also be important to get a very intensive market survey done , which will identify limitations in the existing software . This will help in developing a much more reliable , user friendly system for people of all age groups
