The impact of electronic commerce

Introduction

The research was carried out by analyzing the look and content of five websites . Of the five websites , two were of service delivering company while two were for manufacturieng companies and NGO . The service delivering company was a websites for a given government owned hospital and a multinational bank . The other three comprised of a food manufacturing company , cosmetics and jewelry selling company and a worldwide NGO website . The reason as to why

these organizations were as follows . The hospital is a state owned institution and offers an essential service . It would not find it hard to attract clients and customers not matter the look of the website . The bank is a highly public relation dependant organization . The manufacturing companies as well were selling essential and non-essential goods in the order . These websites would give very good comparisons as far as impact of e-commerce is concerned in the business world
