I am a good listener and usually ask a lot of questions . For the weaknesses , I tend to become uncomfortable around people who are very out-going or those who are in The Interactive Style . I also tend to see the more serious and complex side of situations , and I have high expectations of myself and others , making me a more over-critical person , especially when deciding and seeing things about myself or others . I am a slow and deliberate decision-maker and I am always skeptical
