ORGANIZATIONAL LEADERSHIP

Leadership plays a vital part of successful strategy execution in any program which any business organization wishes to execute within their company (Bowring , 2000 . I am the one employees look up to in to guide them , motivate them and direct their actions as to what should be done in for the business to become successful . I have therefore become adaptable to the ingrained company culture and applied my leadership skills as according to the needs and demands of the organization . Since organizational members are a lot like sheep who

needs to be shepherded to get to where they have to be , I play the part of the shepherd who has the power and the capacity to make this possible through making sure that my people recognize my authority but at the same time respect me for it . Under my period in office , changes were made in terms of the new and younger members in the management team of operating business and corporate functions , as I perceived that the previous team was unable to handle the responsibility bestowed to them This particular resource I deemed fitting for the goals of the company to reinvigorate already established products and bring in fresh and more up-to-date ideas to the firm in their quest for achieving the goals of the organization . My decision to focus most of the program 's resources on old product redevelopment and on big markets proves to be critical and highly contributory to the successful attainment of the objectives of the organization . I make sure that if changes are about to be made the side of the organizational members are heard first and are made to feel as if their opinions on the situations matter to the top management . I implement changes with care and according to what I believe would best bring out the capabilities of my people , thus the focus on redeveloping old products which I assessed is the strength of my employees . Seeing also that IT has become an integral part of the company operations for long and that organizational members are adept at using it , I have set initiatives to bring IT to the forefront of the organization
