Sometimes the cops are portrayed as smart , intelligent and very crafty , while some movies portray cops as those who are not well endowed with natural physical talents and acute common sense that they are always being victimized by law breakers . Sometimes , they are always two steps away from the crime after it happened and they are consistently portrayed as mere followers in movie or book stories

Representing the cops - the many types of police officers as seen in the movie The Negotiator : The movie The Negotiator tickles the imagination of the viewers by challenging them to either believe or provide an intelligent dispute when it comes to the issue of the presence and prevalence of dirty cops who try to manipulate the system using their power for their own personal gain , which is usually financial in nature
