The Criminal Justice Agency (C .J .A ) will make an interview to assist the judge in deciding if a bail must be set or to be released from jail without a bail or to hold the suspect in jail without bail It is also important to be reminded that all your statements can be used against you in the later trials in court

Once the above procedure is completed , arraignment follows wherein you have a right to have a lawyer or the legal aid society will appoint you a lawyer . During a trial the suspect should arrive at 9 :30 a .m . or whatever time and date the judge has set .
