It is undeniable that the city life is an exciting and a welcoming atmosphere for a Native American . But , if I were given a choice whether to stay in my native land or relocate to a city , I would choose to stay in my hometown because first of all , my family is there . Consequently the place would have instilled in me a deeper sense of worth . Secondly because I now know that there are many organizations that strive to help Native Americans , I would take advantage of the benefits that they offer - specifically their scholarships . Through this , I could have the best of both worlds and a hope that someday , I can also be a part of improving many lives of Native Americans . Lastly , since I am a Native American , my native land would be very sentimental to me . If I were presented with such choices , the memories of my life , my land 's history and how my ancestors struggled to make it a better place is enough reason not to think twice about relocating to a new place but instead staying home and improving our way of lives
