the corportation- documentary

`The Corporation ' is a very long produced documentary on the impact of corporations in our society . It is based on Joel Balkan 's book , `The Corporation : The Pathological Pursuit Of Profit And Power . The film starts with a history and definition of corporations and continues with a timely , critical inquiry that invites left-wing intellectuals right-wing captains of industry , economists , psychologists and philosophers on a graphic and engaging quest to reveal the corporation 's inner workings , controversial impacts and possible futures . The explanations given are all very clear and concise , with vital points

In short , the corporation manipulates everything

I think the film is a thoughtful , analytical and provocative documentary that deals with fundamental questions that should be addressed by anybody who works in a corporation or plans on doing so . It presents perspectives that are highly informative , and often shocking . All in all , the main message for me is that , through their psychopathic pursuit of profit , firms make good people do bad things...
